1. All enquries via phone, facsimile, post, e-mail or the website's Contact Form DO NOT constitute booking confirmations.

2. A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of £5.00 / £10.00 per person is required to confirm your Lunch / Dinner booking except Christmas Day Lunch and New Year's Eve Dinner bookings where the required deposit is £20.00 per person.

3. Uncofirmed "bookings" will be released without notice.

4. We can not guarantee that parties of more than 10 guests will be on one table.

5. Guests' menu choices and names are required in writing at least one week before the date of your function or, for the Festive Season 2010 bookings, by 1st September 2010.

6. Pre-ordered meals will be charged for in full unless cancelled in writing at least 48 hours prior to the date of your party.

7. A 10% service charge will be added to the final bill for parties of 6 or more diners except Christmas Day Lunch and New Year's Eve Dinner where a 10% service charge applies for all parties.

8. The Party Organizers are responsible for arranging on the day or night for the full payment (including the service charge) of their Party's bill.

9. The Party Organizers will be held responsible for the conduct of their guests.

10. If circumstances beyond our control deem it necessary, then we reserve the right to change the entertainment schedule without prior notification.

11. Our Friday and Saturday entertainment evenings are for over 21s.

12. Smart dress code rules apply.

13. Admission remains at the management's discretion.

14. Confirmation of your booking implies your full awareness and acceptance of all terms and conditions involved.
