Baked breaded Brie

with orange & redcurrant jelly

Roasted Mediterranean vegetables and Chorizo tart

with basil oil

Winter watercress and potato soup

with ciabatta croûtons

Chicken liver pâté pot

with Cumberland sauce and warm toast

Smoked salmon and crayfish terrine

on toasted brioche with lemon & thyme oil

Escalopes of beef fillet

with peppercorn sauce

Pan-fried fillet of salmon

with Chardonnay& shallots cream

Roasted loin of pork with crackling

with caramelized apple and cider sauce

Traditional turkey

with cranberry & chestnut stuffing and "pigs in blanket"

Applewood cheese, rocket & pesto potato cake

with sweet red peppers coulis

All main courses are served with seasonal vegetables and roasted potatoes

Lemon and lime crème brûlée

Dark Belgian chocolate cheesecake

Christmas pudding with Cognac sauce

Vanilla ice cream in brandy snap basket

Selection of British cheeses with grapes, celery and biscuits

All items remain subject to daily demand and availability. Please note that some of our products may contain seeds or nuts and that our fish dishes may contain bones. This menu is not valid for New Year's Eve dinner.

A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of £10.00 per person is required to confirm your booking. Uncornfirmed "bookings" will be released. Food pre-orders and guest names should be with us by the 1st September 2008. A 10% service charge applies for parties of 6 or more diners.

Live Entertainment Evenings are for over 21’s. Dates of Live Entertainment and Names of Artists are correct at the time of publishing but if circumstances beyond NV’s control deem it necessary, then we reserve the right to change Dates and Names without prior notification. Smart dress (strictly no trainers). Admission remains at the management’s discretion.
