with home made Yorkshire pudding and watercress

with tarragon and fresh tomato

with pepper crust and mushroom & Madeira jus

Fillets of red snapper

with chilli, coriander and lime salsa

Chargrilled slices of marinated aubergine

with layers of fine ratatouille
