with lemon, rosemary and garlic jus

filled with bacon and mushroom duxelles

Roasted loin of pork

with roasted apple and Calvados jus

Seared fillet of salmon

with olive and Parmesan crust

Bell peppers

filled with savoury rice and topped with melted cheese
