Tenderly braised beef in pastry case

cooked with red wine, bacon, shallots & thyme

Pan fried breaded chicken breast

with garlic and parsley butter

Fillet of pork

with honey and soy glaze

Thinly sliced sole fillets

wrapped around a light spinach & tomato mousse

Chargrilled marinated Mediterranean vegetables

topped with goat's cheese fritter

All main courses are served with vegetables and potatoes
