filled with mushroom duxelles and wrapped in pastry

Roasted loin of pork

with honey glazed apple and grain mustard jus

Grilled fillet of salmon

with asparagus and lemon butter sauce

Goat's cheese, sun blushed tomato & potato cake

with roasted peppers & basil coulis
